I am interested in participating in your group, what are the next steps?

We will have a brief phone call to ensure your goals align with the group’s purpose and that your needs can be appropriately managed within this setting. Once determined we are a good fit, you will complete the intake form, send payment, and receive the details for the session.  

Do I need to do anything to prepare for the group? 

Yes and no :). Bring yourself and be open to what you are meant to get out of our time together.


I am not a mother, but would like to gift this experience to someone I know. How can I go about doing so?

Please inform the person you would like to bless, and they can inform me at the time of the brief consultation. We can coordinate payment once we confirm this group is a good fit for this mom.

How is this different from therapy?

Though I am drawing from my experience as a therapist, I am not serving as a therapist in this context, and instead functioning as a facilitator/coach. Our time will be a mixture of exploratory questions and discussions with skill building to help identify unhealthy patterns, flush out how you see yourself as a parent and steps you can take to rewrite a healthier narrative for you and your family.
